USTB is a private fund that has been tokenized on the Ethereum blockchain and is open to qualified US buyers immediately. According to a statement, it provides investors with a compliant alternative to traditional funds. The tokenized fund invests in short-term US Treasury bonds and US agency securities, targeting the federal funds rate and charging a management fee of 0.15%. Qualified investors can purchase and redeem the fund using Circle's USDC stablecoin.
